Rack grates and fillings
We offer rack grates divided into three types of design – steel rack grates with overhanging edges, recessed grates and grates on beams with demarcation angles. The type of rack grate is designed individually, depending on the nature of the load of stored goods. We produce the orientation and size of the mesh dimensions and the design of the supporting belt depending on the required load capacity.
We manufacture and design rack grates as load-bearing fillings for rack structures, according to the type of stored goods and the type of pallets for the required load. It is possible to customize the grates to an order, where we can solve the method of storing and anchoring grates to racks, including the grate density of strips / mesh size. Thanks to the support grates of racks, work safety is increased when handling goods on grates, simultaneously it saving handling time for companies with a large transfers of goods.

Types of pallet storage and basic types of grate designs
Rack grates with an overhanging edge
An overhanging edge on the grate along the length of the rack prevents the lateral deflection of rack beams and thus eliminates the risk of the grate collapsing in the rack when handling extremely heavy pallets or loads.
Rack grates with angels
These grates have a latch on the underside of the grate, which help secure the grate against movement on cantilever and sliding racks. It is also possible to design this latches for pallet racks.
Rack grates embedded between beams
This design of the grate is advantageous for maximum use of the clearance in a rack system.
Rack grates with partition
Most suitable for storing goods from two sides of the rack when observing storage space for goods is necessary from one or the other side of the rack.

Rack grates with a pallet stopper
Thanks to this safety element on the grate, there is better safety when handling pallets with legs in particular, preventing pallet or box from moving outside the storage area of the rack.
Bended floor rack grates
It is used on service and handling surfaces and it is necessary to use mounting locking clips according to our design.
Rack mesh
Mesh panels for storing goods in racks are more suitable for surface loads due to their structure, which is formed from the main support beams, on which the mesh format of wires is welded. It serves as a lighter alternative to the rack grates.
Surface treatment of grates
Hot zinc
It is especially suitable for outdoor use on platforms in front of buildings.
Galvanic zinc
It is more suitable for indoor areas of storage halls, where there is no natural outdoor humidity. This type of surface treatment has a great design effect and meets all conditions for the durability of surface treatment during handling.
Black zinc
It has an anthracite finish with high-quality resistance and is suitable for spaces where the customer is looking for the possibility of visual differentiation from standard industrial grates.
