PRESS-LOCKED FLOOR GRATINGS
A load-bearing element for industrial and structural applications
We specialise in press-locked floor gratings made from structural steel. Bearing bars and cross bars are press-locked together and enclosed by edge bars. The design can therefore be adapted to the required dimensions, shape and load.
We manufacture gratings in standard and custom dimensions in accordance with RAL-GZ 638. Depending on the project, they can include cut-outs, openings and other design modifications.

EN ISO 14122-2
Requirements for grating openings
EN ISO 14122-2 specifies safety requirements for working platforms and walkways used as permanent means of access to machinery. For open flooring, it limits the size of openings with regard to the risk of falling objects. The specific requirement must always be assessed according to the location of the grating, the clearance below it and the risks associated with the operation.
