We specialise in the design and manufacture of press-locked gratings for pallet, cantilever and special racking systems. They create load-bearing storage surfaces for pallets, containers and other stored goods.
DESIGN OPTIONS
Designs for different applications
Recessed rack grating
Installed between the beams using angle profiles, this design maximises the clear height of the rack bay.
Rack grating with overhanging edging
The overhanging edging limits lateral beam deflection and reduces the risk of the grating dropping through during the handling of heavy pallets.
Cantilever-rack grating
Designed for installation on cantilever racking and secured against movement with suitable locking clips.
Rack grating with locating brackets
Angles on the underside locate the grating and are adapted to the specific rack design.
Grating with divider
Suitable for loading from both sides of the rack; the divider also defines the required storage area.
Grating with pallet stop
A safety element that limits movement of a pallet or container beyond the intended storage area.
Wire mesh decks
A lighter alternative to press-locked gratings, primarily suited to uniformly distributed loads and lighter stored goods.
Grating with steel-sheet cover
The grating is covered with steel sheet to create a continuous, level surface without openings.
